The integrated feed fence features a robust frame constructed from upper 50×50×3mm square pipes and lower 2-inch pipes, with 1.25-inch (42mm OD) filling pipes reinforcing the structure between frames. The total height of the feed fence across all segments is 1016mm, providing a stable and accessible feeding space.
Post-welding, the entire headlock system undergoes hot-dip galvanizing for superior durability, and all edges are smoothed to eliminate sharpness—prioritizing full cow comfort during use.
